Scoping Mission: Fall 2025
Visit rural clinics in Ghana to assess needs, build relationships, and set the foundation for impact.
We’ll gather firsthand data on sterile processing conditions, maternal care gaps, and equipment shortages.

Pilot Projects: 2026 – 2027
Equip 2 hospitals with refurbished medical equipment and train CSSD workers on best practices.
Pilot programs will be co-designed with local teams to ensure lasting adoption and measurable outcomes.

Scale and Expand: 2027 – 2030
Train 500+ workers, improve CSSD in 10+ hospitals, and launch maternal health outreach programs.
We’ll introduce mobile prenatal care units to extend services to remote communities.
